February meeting – ARB Central Townsville’s Home of Ironman 4×4

Thanks to 4WD Central Townsville’s Home of Ironman 4 x 4 for your support last night. It was a very informative meeting with two guest speakers and members getting discounts on the night as well.

Mick from Australian Expedition Vehicles spoke about GVM upgrades. His principal business is building 6WD’s out of Toyota’s. Provided information on legislation around upgrades available, that his business can do.
Nate from Baxters Automotive spoke about low voltage and Redarc accessories, braking components and lights.
Members could then view products in store and get discounts on their purchases.

Also thanks go to one of their suppliers “Bog Out” who kindly donated a twin pack of their Bog Out recovery product for our raffle. The very lucky winner was Mark, who seemed to keep winning most of the other raffle prizes as well, although he didn’t accept these.

A great night was had by everyone and when leaving we were all presented with a stubbie holder each from Max 4×4 Accessories.
